Jim Tiernan – with Parish Support and the Lamp Post – we need to think about these things before writing a check. Don’t want to be over committed and turn down truly worth causes. Will we be selling tootsie rolls at the football games etc? We still have an opportunity for another event.
Tony Slack – we should do a final count to make sure that we have enough to cover the cost of the tootsie rolls.
Tom Schenk – we should table the discussion until we get final counts on all the money collected at the Fair and the 141 Garage Sale. All agreed.
Dan – should we follow up with Thank You’s to the places where we stood to collect for tootsie Rolls. Dan Schwarzkopf – Rhonda sent thank you cards to Casey’s, Fareway and Wal-Mart.
